Thanksgiving with Grandma Jane and Grandpa Doug

It seems to be a tradition since Jason and I have moved to Colorado that my parents come to visit us for Thanksgiving. What a nice tradition! We had a wonderful time with my parents and they loved hanging out with Lainey. We are very lucky to have such wonderful family members!

On Thanksgiving morning Jason always goes and cuts down our Christmas Tree. This year my mom went with him and found the most beautiful (and huge) tree!

Our Little Musician

Scott and Anna gave us some toys that they didn't need and Lainey totally digs the musical piano thing! She often times likes to play it and then attempts to shove some part of it in her mouth....thanks for the free hours of entertainment Scott and Anna!

Diane Comes for a Visit!

My best friend from high school came for a visit this past weekend. We had such a blast catching up and hanging out with Lainey! I even went to Denver with Diane and didn't die leaving Lainey with Jason for a night! What a blast! Thanks Diane!

Lainey loves hanging out in her high chair, I think she feels like a big kid and plus she can hang out there while Jason and I eat. She definitely entertains us during dinner time!

Lainey Loves Rice Cereal!

Lainey tried rice cereal for the first time when she was 4 months and 2 weeks old and she really loves it! She has been chowing down on it ever since. Jason and I were amazed that she knew exactly what she was supposed to be doing right off the bat! What a smarty pants we have!

Grandma Jane and Uncle Catherine Come for a Visit

My mom and her best friend Cath came all the way out to Colorado for a visit. We had a wonderful time hanging out, shopping around town, eating breakfast with some of our Colorado friends, playing phase ten and rock hunting. Lainey loved all of the attention and card playing! It was so wonderful to have both of them visiting!

Laughing Lainey

Snow Storm! YEAH!

Well, winter is definately here, of course it hasn't stuck around too much, but we got pretty dumped on! We got 15 inches of snow in 2 days, and boy did it snow like crazy! School was closed on Thursday and then they had a 2 hour late start of Friday, but of course those weren't my days to work...bummer!
